Use the contact form on this page to reach the team behind this site. We read everything and usually reply within a couple of days. There are no accounts, no ticket numbers, no bots, your message goes to the people who test the APKs and write the guides.
The most useful things to report:
- A download link that doesn’t work. Tell us exactly what happens when you tap it, nothing, an error page, a wrong file, and which page you were on.
- A newer Macro Space version you’d like us to verify and host. Include the version number and where you saw it. We verify file details (package, size, behavior on our test phones) before publishing anything, so give us a little time.
- An error in our install guide or troubleshooting steps. Quote the step, tell us your phone model and Android version, and describe what happened instead. The fastest fixes we’ve ever shipped came from reader reports with device details.
- A correction to any file detail. Version, package name, file size, permission list, if something on the page disagrees with what you installed, we want the discrepancy.
- A screenshot or claim that looks wrong. We capture our own screenshots; if one doesn’t match the served file, that’s a bug and we’ll fix it.
For technical problems, include your phone model and Android version. “The panel doesn’t show up” is nearly impossible to debug blind; “the panel doesn’t show up on a Redmi Note 13 Pro running Android 14” lets us reproduce it on the matching phone in our lab rack and test the actual fix before replying. Screenshots of the exact error message help even more.
For takedown or rights requests regarding hosted files: include the exact page URL, your relationship to the software, and what you’d like us to do. We review these promptly and seriously, this site only wants to host files it’s welcome to host.
What we can’t help with: Free Fire account issues, bans, suspensions, lost progress, login problems. We don’t operate the game and have no access to player accounts; those go to Garena’s official support channels. We also can’t provide iOS versions of Android-only tools, unlock paid features, or offer remote tech support beyond what’s in our guides, but if a guide is unclear, telling us which step lost you is exactly how guides get better.
One more thing: please don’t send APK files as attachments. We source and verify files ourselves through our own process; unsolicited binaries don’t enter the pipeline. Links to official sources or version announcements are welcome and genuinely useful.
